Due to decades of experience, K&R Builders is able to quickly advise the client of lead times for all materials and equipment. This enables the client and the clients Architect, to develop a strategy and take advantage of alternative materials and pricing. It also lets everyone involved understand if scheduling goals are attainable.
As project manager, we head the entire construction effort. During pre-construction and construction, our project managers are dedicated to satisfying the requirements of the job by providing direction and implementing proven processes. They bring years of experience to the job, along with an understanding of what it takes to get things done on time and on budget.

Construction Activity storm water pollution prevention and site runoff controls: If necessary we will provide a storm water pollution prevention plan and implement best building management practices.
