We estimate plans and design development, with an estimation system that conforms to the Construction Specifications Institute. Generally, we estimate line item by line item to ensure transparency and accuracy.
SCHEDULING
We create detailed schedules identifying the project’s critical path, stages, and goals. We make it easy to track all progress and keep the project on time.
MATERIAL ACQUISITION
Due to decades of experience, K&R Builders is able to quickly advise the client of lead times for all materials and equipment. This enables the client and the clients Architect, to develop a strategy and take advantage of alternative materials and pricing. It also lets everyone involved understand if scheduling goals are attainable.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As project manager, we head the entire construction effort. During pre-construction and construction, our project managers are dedicated to satisfying the requirements of the job by providing direction and implementing proven processes. They bring years of experience to the job, along with an understanding of what it takes to get things done on time and on budget.
Building Construction
Our project portfolio ranges from building retrofits to large scale commercial space re-purposing and capital projects.
Over the years we have built relationships with property management companies such as JLL, Cushman and Wakefield, Hanford Freund & CO, Eureka Capital Management and Marx/Okubo, to name a few. We understand and meet the demands that are made from the clients of these companies and work to minimize the impact and disruption any given project could have.
Tenant Improvements
We maintain open communication with our clients to keep them up to date on the status of their job and also include them in the decision making process for anything that may come up. We do this to guarantee that the project is completed according to your preferences.

Construction Activity storm water pollution prevention and site runoff controls: If necessary we will provide a storm water pollution prevention plan and implement best building management practices.
We will comply with city construction and demolition derbies ordinances and recycle plans.

Adding Value to existing capital real estate, thru remodel, addition or upgrading structure and infra structure.
