Pacific Shores Building Exterior

This project consisted of painting the structural and architectural steel members on the exterior side and roof of the buildings. Using swing stages, bucket lifts, scaffolding and ladders to reach all of the challenging points of the exterior steel of the buildings proved to be most difficult.

With safety being the number one concern:

• Our crews managed to triple coat the steel members of the buildings, which are adjacent to the Redwood City salt flats.
• Extra care and detail went into preparing the surfaces, to eliminate rust from reappearing and
  spreading.
• The epoxy coatings used in this project, will protect the clients assets and maintain it’s good
  looks for years to come.
